Twenty-eight alleged members of a Baltimore drug gang are facing a sweeping indictment under federal organized crime law.
The defendants were in a gang called TTP — a subset of the notorious Bloods. They’re accused of racketeering conspiracy.
The gang members committed numerous crimes including murder, robbery, drug trafficking and witness tampering.
Steve Willock is accused of leading the gang, which originally formed in the Washington County Detention Center in Hagerstown. Willock directed the gang’s operations from prison.
